The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect, with bars, restaurants, and the beach all within a short distance. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, especially Martin who allowed us to delay our check out time. a great experience and we would definitely consider staying here again!

Some aspects of the apartment were outdated and could use some improvements. the pillows provided were not comfortable, which was a bit disappointing.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a central location in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife. The supermarket, pharmacy, and doctor were conveniently located right next door. Another great feature was that the hotel was on the ground floor, which made it easily accessible for our wheelchair-bound member. The balcony offered a nice view of the bustling streets of las Americas. excellent value for the price and the staff were all very friendly. We were especially grateful to the owner, Martin, who allowed us to delay our check-out time. I would definitely go back!

The nearest airport, Tenerife Sur Airport, is just a short drive away. The flat-screen TV in the apartment was a nice touch. I enjoyed being close to Siam Park.

It was so fun paying extra for sunbeds by the pool. I love spending extra money for things that should be included in the first place.

I had a pleasant stay at Parque Santiago II 122. The balcony offered a nice view of the bustling streets of Las Americas. The apartment was spacious and well-suited for my needs. It was convenient to have a ground floor unit as I was traveling with someone in a wheelchair. Despite some noise from the surrounding apartments, the overall atmosphere was good. I would consider staying here again, especially if I bring my own pillow.

The apartment had two spacious bedrooms, which was perfect for our group of friends.

Personally, I found the stovetop a bit tricky to use, but others might not have any issues with it.
